Life Coaching
Coaching is a powerful and highly effective way of enabling you to make changes to your life. I coach people to enable them to improve, develop and transform aspects of their lives they are unhappy with. Normally we will have a coaching session once a fortnight and during the session we will focus on issues and goals important to you. We'll agree plans and strategies, consider different options and solutions, and then you'll make decisions and commit to specific actions and tasks to move yourself forward and closer to your goal.

With this coaching structure in place, you'll be continually focusing your attention on what you really want and with my motivation taking actual action and achieving more faster than you would do on your own. This coupled with me providing the ongoing help and support needed for you to achieve your desired outcome is the ultimate formula for your success.

As a Life Coach I provide the time, space, structure, guidance and support you need to enable you to decide what you want, why you want it, and how you can achieve it.

During the coaching sessions I work with you one to one either face to face or via the phone. My personal approach is friendly, relaxed, understanding and supportive, providing guidance, structure, and positive encouragement. Each coaching session builds on the progress made in the last, creating an accumulative effect, constantly building momentum and making progress until we achieve your aims.
