Who uses a coach?

Anyone can benefit from hiring a life coach, clients come from all walks of life. teachers, accountants, housewives, people in retirement, marketing managers, therapists, MDs, artists, social workers, full time Mums, and more. What they all have in common is that they want to make life better, and need some assistance to get started and maintain their motivation.

How can a Life Coach help me?

How many sessions will I need?

I coach most clients for two to six months and normally fortnightly. I would never persuade you to continue longer than you should, but it is unrealistic to think that you can make long term changes overnight. Most clients have 6 - 8 sessions.

Telephone or face-to-face sessions?

Sessions are usually conducted by telephone at an agreed time as clients prefer them as they are more convenient and help them to focus better. Face to face sessions can be arranged if preferred and are priced according to travel and time.
